Transferring Crypto via Supported Networks

Native Network Support for Fantom (FTM) & Polygon (MATIC) is Live!

Some crypto platforms use their own token standards and blockchain networks to process transactions. When you transfer cryptocurrencies to ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ from a platform with its own network, there are a few things to be aware of. Always reference for the coin that you are depositing prior to sending funds. Ensure that the correct supported network is used and include a memo or tag if required. Incomplete, missing or incorrect information may result in the loss of funds. Crypto transactions are final and irreversible.

How To Transfer:

  1. Initiate a transfer for the coin you want to move to your ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ Wallet.
  2. Paste your ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ wallet address for the specific cryptocurrency you want to move, this is your destination address.
  3. When you are prompted to select the network for the transfer, ensure that you choose the network ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ supports for that coin. Please refer to the table above for the network we support for a particular coin.
  4. Complete the transfer, your funds should show up in your ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ wallet within a few minutes.

Network names explained

Platforms like Binance use their own token standards for coins within their own ecosystem. Binance's networks are called BEP2 (Binance Chain) and BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain), these networks are built on top of the Ethereum blockchain and can only be used to send funds to wallets that support those chains. ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ does NOT support transfers from BEP2 or BEP20 tokens.

Remember to use supported networks when sending transfers to ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ and avoid losing your funds.
